Hurricane 2004

Four hurricanes hit Florida.

Frances hit Florida as the second hurricane to hit the state in the 2004 hurricane season.  Top winds 100 with 120 gusts.  It hit Florida on Saturday September 4.  We were right where the eye had hit.  Thankfully the hurricane downgraded from a cat 4 to a cat 2.  Plus, it fell apart on top of us.  If these things did not happen, we would have had more destruction then we did.

HURRICANE JEANNE

hit Florida 3 weeks after Frances.  It hit as a category 3 hurricane with winds 115 with gusts of 155.  It hit Florida on September 25.  Luckily we still have a house.  Jeanne damaged our house quite a bit more but we are all alive.  More on Jeanne's page.
